Stress is so hard to see through sometimes. I guess that is the point of getting through stress, though, isn't it? Being able to see through it to the other side, the greener side? I need to learn to be calmer in the midst of stress and transition.

Trying to thing positive thoughts is usually the answer. My problem is that the light at the end of the tunnel is usually an oncoming train :(, so you are not alone.

Don't worry, everyone has stress. In times that you feel so stressed out, just remember that everything happens for a purpose and that things will always get better. As far as learning to remain calm in the midst of stress, that'll take some practice and patience. One thing to remember when in a stressfull situation is to remind yourself that your are going to stay in control of your mind. By talking about it, your already working on it...
